Originally referred to mech1 from a friend. Contacted them in May and took ~1.5 months from contact to the install of a specialty toilet in our basement which was fine but communication was slow and had gotten the sorry I forgot line. Plumber on the way out was on the phone with this boss Gerard saying “well now I know how to install an upflush toilet”. Worked well enough over the summer. They were on time, Way lower in pricing by double + quotes and very courteous. They did not try and sell me a new furnace or water heater as most do. Thank you
Gerard and his guys are great. Very honest and dedicated to quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them for any project around plumbing, heating, gas or maintenance.
