Worst salon and experience ever! I had been going to the salon for about a year and went a handful of times but the last appointment was horrible. I didn’t get what I asked for and was completely blown off by the manager. They had no consideration for how bad my hair looked and acted as if it was my fault. The never called me back or replied to my email regarding my concerns. The first pictures are of what I asked for and the rest are how my hair looked.
