What are these people trying to hide. They won't let us in to do her nails. The first time they made her bleed all over the counter. Won't let us go back. They say it's policy. I have an ESA dog and they wouldn't let me in with her just to do nails. The first time they did it, they made her bleed all over the counter. It was sickening that my pet was treated so badly. They do not cater to the disabled.
I have a service animal and they wouldn't let me go in with her to have her nails trimmed. You can't go in with your animal. You have to stay out in the cold.
