Mecca is very lucky to have Lucy as an employee. I've visited Mecca Myer on a Thursday morning as I had a last-minute work function to attend, and her costumer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me with a quick make over, and found the exact foundation to match my skin, even giving me a sample to take home with a cute card. She had a big smile on her face and didn't put any pressure to purchase products as I was in a rush. I'll definitely return very soon for some shopping. Shout out to Lucy!!!

I want to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to the kind and wonderful NATALIE who is not only an epitome of professionalism and customer service, but is also a very good example of how to deal with customers whose purchase item(s) can be sometimes challenging and time consuming.
