My partner is a regular guest and has been for years with Mecca. Was seeking a product exchange or Eye Lash Extensions and was rudely turned away with purchase receipt and boxes in new condition being told there is only one type. Simply it was unlike the enthusiastic informative approach Mecca's customer service team generally deliver. I hope this can help improve things please contact myself should you want further information.
Again another great experience at a Mecca store. This time at Doncaster where I was looked after by Phoebe, who kindly assisted me on the shop floor with gift ideas and Laura, who helped me reign in my shopping haul to what I really needed for this visit. The shop was incredibly busy, but they both managed to spend time without the pressure of feeling rushed. Thanks again to both of these lovely girls xx
