On Wednesday, I went to Mecca to find the eyeliner I use, only to find they had run out. When I asked the manager if she could get it by next week, when I would be in town again, she instead offered to post it to me, no charge. Today, 2 days later my parcel arrived. Thank you for your incredible customer service. Staff very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
The stylist that helped me, Olivia T, was super nice and helpful. We went through different Tower28 shades to find the right one and she was super informative about the differences in tones and how well they could match my skin. Thank you for your help Olivia! ❤❤

I’m so sorry, i can’t remember her name exactly, but i believe it was Narin or something starting with “Nar.” She was honestly so nice and incredibly helpful. She helped me find my perfect shade and I’m so happy with it because it matches my skin so well! Honestly, every MECCA employee should be as lovely and helpful as her! 💕

I came for foundation which I needed for my tonight performance at 6:15 PM when supposed to be open that was closed. If I would know that they would close before time I would come here and now I have trouble
