I came for foundation which I needed for my tonight performance at 6:15 PM when supposed to be open that was closed. If I would know that they would close before time I would come here and now I have trouble

매장이 깨끗하고 예뻐서 구경하기 좋았어요. 특히 sophie?라는 직원이 일한지 2주밖에 안되었다고 했는데 너무너무 친절했어요(이름이 잘 기억이 안나요 죄송해요🥹) 그녀가 추천해준 샴푸와 헤어 마스크를 하고 나니 머리가 정말 부드러워졌고 향도 너무 좋아요 먼저 샘플을 챙겨주었고, 제가 관심있어하던 제품의 샘플을 특히 잘 챙겨줬는데 너무 감사해요 mecca에서의 좋았던 기억 덕분에 다시 방문할거에요

I had a disappointing experience at the MECCA Martin Place POP store. During my visit, I felt ignored and did not receive the level of assistance I expected. Unfortunately, my concerns were only acknowledged after I raised them online. I appreciate MECCA responding to my feedback and apologising, however after further communication with Customer Care, I still do not feel my overall experience was properly resolved.
