I normally avail of the “free facial” whenever I need to restock my skin products. Today was a big disappointment at Mecca strand. Staff seems to be in a bad mood, unfriendly and I had a reaction immediately after the facial - instead of helping out she gave me more attitude. In the end, I purchased a product that helped calm my skin. Not going back to the strand for this service.
