I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely girl named Lynn over the weekend, her devotion to her role was so refreshing to see. she took the time out of her day to really educate and assist me in selecting the best products and had a lovely chat with me. well done, will definitely make this my new home store!
This review in particular is to highlight Shay (Shayden?)'s customer service. She is a standout worker who gave me amazing suggestions for products suitable to my skintone. I have a tan brown warm undertone skin tone that can be tricky for finding bronzers and blushes especially. She got it spot on. Her attention to detail for customers comfort during the shopping experience is outstanding. Thank you for the great service :)
Had the make up lesson with Diya. Such a beautiful experience. Her knowledge and attention to what i required was amazing. Love that we can then get goodies after the session from the payment made.
I did a skin consultation with Charlotte and she was THE BEST. She was soo lovely and caring. If you have the opportunity to go and chat with her you will love it. She gave me the best tips and had patience and time to help me to choose the right product for my skin and my concerns
