Poppy did my makeup for a wedding I attended this weekend. Poppy helped me decide on the look and executed to perfection. Thank you Poppy for making my first Mecca makeup experience so wonderful!!
The atmosphere at Mecca was highly disappointing. So many staff walking around aimlessly, none who engaged or offered to help after spending a good 20 minutes in store, still nothing. Was planning on spending $$ on makeup but I’ll be going elsewhere. I asked a question to one staff and she was pretty rude and blunt. Safe to say I’ll never be returning. If you’re hiring staff at least train them properly, and ensure they display proper etiquette.
Carola helped me so much, she took the time to show me everything I needed and gave me great advice on the colors and textures that suited me best
I don't usually leave reviews, but today I went to MECCA for the first time and had an incredibly heartwarming experience. I'm relatively new to buying my own makeup, and wanted some basic stuff to try on (concealer, blush, maybe some lipstick if I felt confident). The woman who helped me, Caity, was so incredibly helpful and patient with me as I bumbled around not knowing anything and asking a million questions. I had my makeup done recently by the lovely Poppy. She was so kind, took the time to really understand what I wanted from my makeup and then WOW!! I believe she had previously done my daughters makeup at the Westfield and my experience was the same! Her skills matched her beautiful nature as a person. Beyond easy to talk to and made a sometimes nerve racking experience, one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Great job to Mecca and to Poppy! Will definitely be back.
