Just a thought Mecca, if you're going to be EXCLUSIVE STOCKISTS of certain brands, such as BYREDO would it be ok if you had ALL the products available and in stock such as having Bibliothèque available in the 400g and 1.5kg candle? Aside from 8 out of 20 being currently out of stock, on top of an example of items you currently do not stock: CANDLES - Lost Road, Chai, Winter Cabin HAND WASH - Cotton Blend FRAGRANCES - Inflorescence, M/Mink, 1996, Accord Oud La Grande Decouverte??? Extremely arrogant. Their staff park illegally in the surrounding streets and, despite the fines that are constantly issued, they continue to do so. Perhaps part of the pay packet?
Worst online order system ever. Ordered 6 items yesterday and one item out of stock so now my order is just sitting there pending and I called to ask customer care to take item off and they said I just had to wait for someone to contact me from their warehouse . Why have a customer team at all if they can’t help?!! I could have gone to Chatswood this morning and bought all the items and my order was over $250 so not a small one. Mecca is an absolute disgrace. My friend, who's in a wheelchair got stuck in one of their lifts at their Australian Open store, and the solution would be to simply manually open the door from the outside. But the employee refused to do this, falsely claiming her hand "could get jammed". 10 minutes later another employee came and just slid the plastic door open with minimal effort, and problem was solved.
