This is the most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced—especially after I took the time to leave a review for one of their MECCA stores in Perth! Their customer support is absolutely useless. They simply replied with an email saying, “We’re so sorry…”—and that was it! No solution, no effort to address the concern I raised. Such a shame! They clearly don’t value their customers or take feedback seriously.
Mecca Brands discriminates against customers living with disability and unconsentually translates customers money into gift-cards, in the case of defective products, against consumer law. They need to be investigated and closed down. Do not support this morally bankrupt company.
