Decided to give the boxing day sale another go thinking things would have improved from previous years, wrong. Most products were nearly 4 years old and were visibly very old. On hold for “transfer to an agent” on the live chat for over an hour , after being told the expected wait time would be 10 minutes. Gave up on it. Ordered online items for my wife. One item not included in the delivery. Contacted the online chat feature had to show photo proof and then advised another 3 days before someone will discuss it with me! With all photo proof the missing item should have just been sent.
This is the most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced—especially after I took the time to leave a review for one of their MECCA stores in Perth! Their customer support is absolutely useless. They simply replied with an email saying, “We’re so sorry…”—and that was it! No solution, no effort to address the concern I raised. Such a shame! They clearly don’t value their customers or take feedback seriously.
