Didn’t confirm online booking. Shoved the phone in my face to prove booking wasn’t in her calendar. If there’s something wrong with the booking system then it needs to be noted on the website to instead call to make a booking. Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.
Amazing place for a first haircut! Viv is a delight!
UPDATED: Vivian is incredible. I highly recommend her for parents struggling to get their kids hair cut. My son is not a fan, but Maria really took control and made it super easy. PS. Maria is also great. Haha
We had both of our kids hair cut and I cannot recommend Viv more. Finally a hairdresser that knows how to cut curly kids hair without losing the curls. She also has a great rapport with children and spends the time in making them feel at ease and happy. Won’t go anywhere else now. :)
5/5 stars! A few months ago I took my 3-year-old son to a kids hair saloon and we had a terrible experience over there. I can’t thank Viv enough for fixing the mess. The haircut itself was perfect - exactly what I asked for! Viv took her time, ensuring every snip was precise and careful. We'll definitely be back for future haircuts!
