We visited Vic for our toddler son‘s first haircut the other day and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we leave with an insanely cute haircut but the whole experience was stress-free, smooth, and our son was completely relaxed and calm in Vic’s presence. He had a great time watching some shows on the tv and did not fuss at all. Highly recommend.
We had the most wonderful experience today with Viv! My son was having his first haircut at 3y/o and Viv was an absolute legend - calm, fun and knew exactly how to work on a young child without them freaking out!! Will be coming back for each haircut. Thank you !
Warm, generous and efficient, Viv is simply outstanding, especially with sensitive kids. I brought my eldest to her for his first haircut on the basis of all the rave reviews and she really lived up to the hype. Didn’t confirm online booking. Shoved the phone in my face to prove booking wasn’t in her calendar. If there’s something wrong with the booking system then it needs to be noted on the website to instead call to make a booking. Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.
