Horrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR REPAIRS TO THEM! Save yourself from the hassle. They have my ATV still and it’s been a year and no repair done yet after I’ve paid for the parts. When asked if I could just pick it up, they said I would have to pay $800.57. Then they told me in July that they were starting to work on it and it would be ready in a day here we are November and I text him and they said that they weren’t able to repair it. Can figure out the part you need, and how to get it!
I took my Hart electric riding mower in for warranty work. I would like to compliment the staff for their professionalism and courtesy. The problem I had with the mower was the batteries. Unfortunately the batteries are not currently available from Hart and are on backorder. So we must wait. I am a little perturbed with Hart for not having repair parts available, but satisfied with the customer service I received from Mec Cushman.
Good service on equipment
Terrible customer service. Very bitter and combative cashier name Susan. I called prior to brining my equipment being dropped off and was told it would take a week to diagnose it…. Two months later and they didn’t even put their hands on it. Every time I called, they would be rude and say it’s not priority. They could have been transparent with their actual time frame verses misleading. It was a waste of my time. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told “he’s not going to call you”.
