5 stars for the repair to our car which was perfect and 1 star for the horrible attitude that I received from one of the staff on the phone. I received a phone call on a Friday morning from one of the staff to let us know that our car was ready for pick up (earlier than expected). She insisted that we come that day to pick up our completed repair (even though it was expected to be ready the next week). Reception staff were incredibly rude and condescending. You would ask questions and get answers like your dumb. I had to call several times to get info on where my car was at with repairs and got incredibly vague information. You would think a business would have an idea about customer cars and when they will be ready. Wouldn't reccomend. I even gave them a terrible survey response on their own one sent to me and heard nothing in regards to it.
