Terrible customer service! They make appointments 6 months in advance and then will cancel cause “They’re busy this time of year” how can you do that? POLICY should not come before compassion for your patients. they were open Friday but I called multiple times and no answer. Unprofessional going back and forth through text messages but can’t answer phone!
Excellent service and stellar staff. They took me in the same day. Staff were well informed, courteous and most helpful. Highly recommended!!
I loved everything about this practice. It was my first time going. Everything was a pleasant experience. Checking in at the front desk was a breeze. Cindy, the dental hygienist was thorough, explained everything she was doing & very personable. Dr. Lee then did an exam & was very thorough & personable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!
Very friendly team. Best dentist experience I’ve had. They tell you the “why” and provide helpful feedback so you can take your health into your own hands.
They were fast and caring. Super efficient. Loved my visit will be back. Becky was helpful as well as Cindy and the rest of the team. Dr. Lee was amazing and can definitely tell she cares.
