I’m very disappointed with my experience. I contacted this company to install two ceiling fans with lights (one in the living room and one in the dining room). I explained the request in my message. They replied saying the service fee was $129 and that the technician would come and go over the options. Based on that wording, I assumed the fee was associated with the service request. Cameron was clean and efficient. Took the time to explain how dual switches work. Friendly service.
Can't say the work was poorly done or anything, but $1100 for parts and installation of a GFCI outlet and 3 smoke detectors is just way too expensive, particularly when installation of the smoke detectors took less than 30 minutes. Would really appreciate if the invoices included separate costs for parts and labor so I could understand the costs better.
Installed an EV charger. Cameron, our electrician, was amazing. Affordable, fast, and great service.
Cam came out today to fix an urgent circuit breaker fault--he diagnosed the real problem and we are happy with the results. He was great--very polite and efficient!
