Came out, gave me an estimate which was reasonable, said he would cut the tree down within a week or two. He never showed up that was a couple of months ago. Left numerous messages and never even returned my calls. If he didn't want the job, fine, but have the decency to return my calls and notify me. Completely irresponsible.
