We went there for the first time today. Service was prompt and courteous. Since we couldn't decide from all the options, the owner was nice enough to throw in an order of fries. Unexpected and very nice. Good crinkle cut fries! Cheesesteaks (one chicken) were very good. Seeded semolina bread, always like that! Asked for no pickles and it appears that there sauce has pickles in it, but that was failed to be mentioned. Or pickles were just included anyways.
I was excited to try this place but it was a disappointment. When I walked in the entire floor was wet from mopping and no caution sign (liability issue). The mop water smell was not pleasant to take in before eating a meal. The woman at the register who took my order provided subpar customer service. They do not offer any paper menus only the screen which is on the wall to the side of the entrance a few feet away from the counter where you order. The food was very average. Cheesesteak was really good but found this large sharp piece of plastic in the sandwich. Really dangerous. Really careless.
First time here, had the chopped cheese. Omg it was amazing. Cant wait to go back.
