We had a sliced brisket sandwich - which was HUGE; 3 ribs & 1/4# of sliced brisket. Flavors were on point. We had the bacon & jalapeño Mac-n-cheese and pinto beans. (Both good). The welcoming staff was such a refreshing treat from some restaurants now a days. We paid about $38. Worth every penny!

The staff let us sample a few of their BBQ meat since we're first time here. Brisket was juicy and tender, turkey was tasty and sausage was decent. We end up ordered the Thursday special - ribs meal. Also got the combo sandwich meal. Hubby said the ribs were tender but way too savory so he couldn't finish it. Turkey and pork sandwich was okay, not something you would say "wow". Thr tall black guy that works where is awesome. Very professional and friendly and fill of positivity. Great work without and tries to make sure customers are happy. Hopefully he gets recognition.

Really good BBQ me and the guys try to stop by every chance we get. Andy, the owner is really cool. I had to update my review April 26, 2025 I just tried their breakfast JC egg breakfast burritos oh my Lord one is not enough. Make sure if you stop you get like five they’re so freaking delicious.

Stopped by Hutchins. Line was way too long. Found this place and glad I did. Service was awesome. Brisket was really good along with their ribs. Then they gave me a sample of their special tenderloin and prime roast slices. Bought that and ate that too. I highly recommend those two items on the weekend. When I’m back in town, I’m definitely stopping again.
