The great : the exhaust system is very effective, I didn’t end up smelling like BBQ at the end of the meal. The not so great: food is mediocre at best. Tried it once when they newly open, and now again, never impressed. The why; why they can’t let us eat the ice cream at the table??? They told me I can have it in the lobby area or just take one when I m leaving. Lol. BTW, I have had MUCH tastier K-BBQ at couple places in Fairfax.
Very disappointing experience. There is no host here; you just put your name on a list and hope for the best. We waited for over 30 minutes, only to watch another group who arrived after us get seated and served first. Because there’s no one actually managing the door or the queue, the system is a mess and easily bypassed. We finally got tired of being ignored and left. There are plenty of other places nearby that actually value their customers' time—don’t waste yours here
