Excellent place to undertake evidence-based measurements to help inform your training goals - professional staff who are exercise physiologists and run the tests efficiently and pre protocol. The information you receive is infinitely useful for planning diet and training plans. Brendan in particular runs you through the body comp and aerobic capacity tests with a wealth of knowledge - highly recommend.
I had the longevity package. I found that the discussion with Brendan was even more valuable than the actual results. The dexa was fine but I paid for the new client extended consultation and yet there was very little interpretation of the results - felt rushed out and like the consultant didn’t wish to talk even though we still had time on the clock. Had to put the whole report into chat gpt to actually understand it. I would recommend it as it’s fairly affordable but the service could be improved
