Yardley, a known criminal and con artist, stole over $7,000 from me. In 2022, I hired Yardley to build a deck and fence, signing a contract that required a $7,100 deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. After cashing the deposit check, Yardley disappeared and never started the project. He later admitted to me and my attorney on a recorded line that he used the deposit to bail himself out of jail.
