Amazing, attentive, accommodating, caring, flexible! Can't say enough great things about this practice. We are proud to have our daughter as your patient for the last 2.5 yrs of her journey!!
Dr. Meason and his staff were amazing while giving care to my daughter. We had previously been quoted that her treatment plan would take about 3 years to complete, but Dr. Meason looked at her teeth and determined the work that was previously discussed with another Orthodontist simply was unnecessary and her treatment was completed in less than a year and a half. I have have had a great experience with OrthodonTEX. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is always extra friendly and accommodating! Dr. Meason is truly the best!
Following up with my husband review. I received a phone call from Sophia. She was explaining things to me and I asked for her to send me a break down. She had an attitude and when I asked for the manager she said she is the manager. She then told me she doesn’t understand why I don’t understand. the insurance policy has changed so I wanted a breakdown of all that has been paid. Sophia was so disrespectful. I asked for a breakdown of all my payments and she started going off on me saying she doesn’t know why I don’t understand what she’s saying. She then proceeded to use profanity at me and hung up the phone. This place is horrible customer service is awful. It’s a crime to ask for a breakdown of your payments obviously. Frisco location was our original location and it closed down. Now we have to go out of our way to McKinney.
