Was always happy with the service in the past but since the change over with appointments to online I think it's awful. Not everyone wants to book an appointment that way and when you do get through on the phone you are told that's what you have to do. If you go in you are told they can't book an appointment face to face! What do the receptionists do all day? People will avoid going and end up being ill or bothering a & e. Put everything back to how it was please!

Moved to the area and from my previous GP which was a horrible experience so I didn’t hold out much hope for MMU but they have been absolutely fantastic, email query’s sorted quickly and the GP/SPP that I have been seeing was lovely and made me feel like I had valid concerns And the reception staff have been helpful and prompt
Very difficult to get an appointment. When I have managed to see someone I’ve either been fobbed off or been misdiagnosed.
