I was very uneasy and not happy with the Volvo system update. Cash contacted me and offered a lesson session to familiarize me with the new appearance and functions. He encouraged me to ask questions and tell him what I wanted the system to do for me. I was upset because I thought I had lost access to features that I had liked. He restored and/or found everything that I wanted. Cash is a great source that Mears Volvo offers to allow users to fully use the vehicle features--even if updates move the locations.
Lynette in service is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, super knowledgeable and helpful. She makes servicing our Volvo something we look forward to.
