During my last visit the service advisor was exceptional at explaining what was causing the noise in my vehicle and was honest at recommending a more cost effective approach to resolving it. Really friendly knowledgeable individual. Thumbs 👍🏻
I have continued to have my 2019 NISSAN Rogue serviced at Mears since I purchased it there. The service department is always efficient, courteous and friendly. I am always provided with a complete report on what was completed and suggested to be performed. I sincerely appreciate that they never pressure me to get services that I didn’t plan on getting. I will continue to come to Mears for all of my service needs as well as visit them for future purchases. They are top notch!
