Very helpful finding the parts needed to repair the vehicle.
Repair was prompt and reasonably priced. They got me in, fairly quick. Their communication was accurate and excellent at letting me know what the issues were.
My check engine light came on & the scan revealed what was likely going to be an extensive and expensive repair. I called around to multiple auto repair shops and no one could get me in as quickly as Mears. It was my first time using them. They were able to get my car on the rack and diagnosed in a short time. It was a fix that was going to take 7 hours of labor and parts that needed ordered to complete. They gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime while they had to keep my car.
