I called about some simple carburetor work on my Chevy G20 van, and they acted like they could not work on it because it’s been turned into small camper in back. Makes no sense it’s the size of any normal Chevy van of that type. It’s a couple inches taller, but have never had a shop tell me no for service to it. It’s same Chevy truck motor, body, and frame. I’ve taken a few vehicles here and super disappointed.
Was on my way to Mattoon when my warning light came on for a low tire. I pulled in to Mears and asked if they would air up my tire. They checked all 4 tires and aired them all! They did not charge me anything! That is excellent customer service! Everyone was so nice! Thank you guys!
