Kitchen ceiling is leaking for over 1.5 years now. They've come to see it many times and worked on it many times and didn't turn up many times. A good example is yesterday between 8am to 8pm and never turned up. If you are not going to come at least let households know! Mears in Rotherham is utterly useless. Google should add - "minus" to it's stars as Mears deserve -5 stars.
