I started going to MeanVeen since Dec 2021. I have to say I love the energy in the class. Coach is very supportive and pushes you in a constructive way. I have been able to lose 9 lbs and I overall feel stronger and healthier. Thank you for all the support. Only thing I would say is "Bring back the 5:30pm class please "
