To say Jackie was simply amazing is not giving her enough credit! She was such a huge part of my wedding journey! She turned my beautiful gown into a masterpiece made just for me! Her talent is literally MIND BLOWING! She made me feel so comfortable from day one. Not a good experience overall. Ordered suits from here because we were told they would be altered. When they arrived, we were told to either come in right away or they couldn’t be altered by Jackie (3 weeks before the wedding). Was told she would try to find someone else, and then never gave me any information after that. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie. I went to her with a vision in my head for my wedding dress and she worked with me through the whole thing to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about all the alterations that had to be made to my dress but I knew after talking to Jackie that I was in good hands and she was going to make sure my dress and myself looked amazing for my wedding. Terrible experience overall, late multiple times, no communication. Jackie was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to provide the goods/service that was paid for. Wouldn’t not recommend unless your enjoyed being strung along and rage baited.
It was a bit musty smelling, but I ended finding a beautiful dress!!!!
