DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Shame on Cindy Crawford. I was surprised when I got home from a trip to find the products in my mailbox. I had place an order just to try it in May. Unbeknownst to me that added me to a reoccurring shipment. Even though I had selected to opt out of that during the ordering. For a grand total of $238.85!! That's insane. This is a scam. I too had to call many times to cancel. their customer service people lie and tell me it is cancelled, yet it is not. I had to pay to ship back the order and it got refused at the 6 Commerce Way address and sent back to me. Any advice on how to get rid of this nightmare company?

Dishonest company! First of all the product is not great! Plus you are ripped off on the price big time! . It didn't work for me. It instantly broke my skin out. Second, You can never get it cancelled after your trial. When you don't open it & refuse it. Then send it back they charge you 20 dollars for a return! They keep sending it even though you cancelled. While drafting out of your bank account !!!! When you did not order this you cancelled and they keep sending. Then you should not be responsible for shipping!

Do NOT do business with this company. They are trying to extort over $300 out of me for products I done have since I cancelled my account weeks ago. SCAM!!!!! Terrible customer service, products are worth the price. And there is NO free trial because they don't cancel our accounts. Please do not give them your credit card number.
