I had 2 referral requests sent to Dr. Meaney and never received a call back to schedule an appointment. When I called her office on 2 separate occasions to ask if they received the referrals, both times I was told I'd receive a call back for scheduling within 3-5 days. I never did. I reached out to Urology of San Antonio and received a call back within 24 hours and was seen within 2 weeks. Professional and prompt
As a RN of over 40 years I highly recommend Dr. Joan Meaney. She is kind, compassionate , knowledgeable and truly an angel. Her waiting room was full of patients singing her praises. Her staff are also kind.
