I am a long term customer of the Meander Valley Veterinary Service and have generally been very happy with the service, however an after hours visit with a sick dog last Saturday cost me a total of $366.70 in consultation fees alone. I am happy to pay double the normal consultation fee of $115.00 for after hours but they charge a normal consult fee plus $250.70 for after hours.
