I had the BEST experience today with Dr. Phil,,, he was caring, a wonderful artist, and actually listen to what I had to say,, our ideas together rocked !!!!!! this tattoo was the least painful, and very pretty
I've been around the world getting tattooed in different countries. Even went out of my way to find award winning artist in those countries. After all that I made it back home and still to this day the best tattoo artist I've had is bigg tone he can take what you have in your mind and make it way past your expectations!!!
