Regina is an awesome specialist on treatment of natural hair. If you're looking to have your hair be made healthy againYou should book. Ive been dying my hair and braiding it and I just wanted a break to get it treated to strengthen. Regina, not only educated me on my type of hair, but also what vitamins & diet are best. I found out what type of oils are best for what (ie growth strength, moisture)

The hairstylists that work within the salon consistently overbooks clients, exceeding their capacity to manage appointments. It is quite frustrating to experience prolonged wait times only to be rescheduled for the following day. There is excessive chatter and gossip, lacking any sense of professionalism in the workplace. I felt as though I was in a classroom filled with children, and by the time I departed, I had developed a headache. I recommend seeking services elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Regina is very unprofessional. She is good at styling, but terrible at washing hair. She needs someone to help with at least, hair washing. Gets distracted when chit chatting with the other hair stylists. If you can’t focus on what you’re doing, then you should not try to do everything by yourself. She overbooks. Waiting 45 mins to an appointment that you booked weeks ago is crazy to me.
