I live in a townhome complex comprised of 12 units. We pay Mean Green approx $1350 a month for basic service. Last fall, they missed planting flowers in front of one of the units. After calling & sending photos multiple times (including 1x they came out and said they couldn’t find the 1 home out of 12 they forgot & sending photo with address in the photo to make it as clear as possible which unit) we finally got flowers replaced in front of that unit. Mean Green was recommended by our pool company to do our landscaping after a new pool build 2 years ago. I hate leaving negative reviews, but their craftsmanship and customer service have continued to disappoint since that time. The sprinkler system they installed had lots of problems, and required several return visits. The fence they built started leaning on one side of the yard within a year, and on the other side within 2 years. Original owner sold. The company seems to be more corporate oriented now. Not bad, but doesn't really do residential mowing anymore. More high end landscape packages and commercial stuff.
This company is amazing! I brought them on to work in our residential new construction subdivisions. They have beautiful designs and there work is on point. I would highly recommend them for any landscape needs.
