This was my second workout. Christian did a good job of guiding and demonstrating. He also took time to correct my form. AND the music was great.
Christian is very motivating and ensures exercises are done with correct form! Looking forward to my next class!

I just wanted to say—today’s workout completely wiped me out (in the best way)! I’m exhausted, lol, but I feel great. I really appreciated how comfortable and motivated I felt throughout the entire session. You did an awesome job encouraging us and clearly explaining each workout, which made it easier to stay focused and push through. Also, the warm-up and cool-down were a huge plus.
