This was my second workout. Christian did a good job of guiding and demonstrating. He also took time to correct my form. AND the music was great.
Christian is very motivating and ensures exercises are done with correct form! Looking forward to my next class!

I just wanted to say—today’s workout completely wiped me out (in the best way)! I’m exhausted, lol, but I feel great. I really appreciated how comfortable and motivated I felt throughout the entire session. You did an awesome job encouraging us and clearly explaining each workout, which made it easier to stay focused and push through. Also, the warm-up and cool-down were a huge plus. Mean green always has the best workouts now about Coach David. He is a great coach when he sees your mind is telling you no he is there to remind you that you can do it! I mean, it probably sounds like “ run like the Beyoncé concert is about to start” or “ I need you to run like the gates about to close at the airport” but it works thank you!
