If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked an appointment in January. I paid the full amount when I booked it! She was unable to do my hair and refused to send me back my money. She insisted that’s she could only send back half because she was uncomfortable sending back money to clients (even though she didn’t do my hair)
I was scammed out of my money I paid her and she didn’t do my hair but kept my money
Worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been here more than once. She took money for a service didn’t provide the service and won’t return the money. Please please beware she is a scammer and will not give you your money back
SOOOO unprofessional. Will not return money even if appt is cancelled over a month in advance. THEN goes to Facebook and talks about the client ! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly piss poor attitude.
