Backing traffic up in both directions on a road that is heavily traveled during business hours. Make it make sense. Traffic should not be held up for 30+ minutes because of road construction. This sort of work can be done at night when there is significantly less traffic.

I have a property on the Clarion River and needed electric service. I contacted Mealy and the communication from them was top notch. I live over three hours away and was unavailable to be on site. They bored over four hundred feet and did an excellent job. Wherever their equipment dug up some ground they made sure to put it back in place and add straw. A job well done. I would highly recommend this company.
