I love mealeo it's nice and convenient I order food through their service all the time and if there's ever a problem they do their best to fix it.

Placed a $60 food order and waited an hour for it to be delivered. When I called the restaurant, they never received the order.

Placed an order, paid, restaurant did not receive the order or payment. Money was refunded the same day I filed a complaint.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Order arrived room temperature and 1/3 of the entire order was missing!!!!! Called the restaurant ( Bombers in Schenectady) and was told to contact Mealeo directly for any issues. I called them 3x and had to leave voicemails because they don’t have an answering service. When they called me back after 3 calls and 2 emails ...I was told that they cannot send another driver to pick up the missing items which the restaurant told me was an option.
