I've been really impressed with this meal prep service! The meals are always fresh, flavorful, portioned perfectly, and very affordable. My fiancé and I stock up every Wednesday and Sunday. He owns an MMA gym in the area, so we're always busy, and having our meals ready to go makes life so much easier. There are so many great things to say about this business! Meal Proz has played a pivotal part in me and my bf’s fitness journey. We were already working out and doing our best to be mindful in what we ate but we had peaked and could not get over that hump. Thats when we gave Meal Proz a try and within 3 weeks I had lost 6 pounds. My husband and I love yall! So thankful for some great fresh meal preps. I especially loved the pancake breakfast meals from last week! I own my own pilates studio here in Temple (Sculpt + Tone Pilates) and teach early in the mornings so they were so great to eat quickly and have a nice high carb count. PLEASE keep the pancake breakfasts in rotation ❤️ we also enjoyed the Mexican style meal prepa lately. If you are looking for awesome meal preps for a great cost look no further.
