Very good and fresh food.
I have tried other meal deliveries like Hello Fresh and Factor and I liked none. Really bad tasting foods with horrible smell when you heat them. they add garlic to all foods which I hate the smell, so I decided on this one (Meal Prep Ottawa). I found only one food that I liked (chicken souvlaki, family size or single size at $18 per meal), but this company is very inflexible on food delivery. Thank you for all delicious foods! Also Gizem is the best, always helping and serving in a polite way.
The portions were much smaller than the advertised weight, and several items became moldy within just a couple days. This raises serious concerns about the freshness and quality of the food. I wouldn’t recommend as I was quite disappointed.
I came here on Sunday and the service was great. Love meal prep Ottawa!!!
