Absolutely love this meal prep service! The meals are fresh, delicious, and well-portioned, and there’s a great variety to choose from. It makes eating well so much easier, especially on busy days when I don’t have the time or energy to cook.
Flew into Ottawa and had many meetings the upcoming days, I needed something healthy and on the go. They have a stocked store front with meals ready for pick up, no need to place an order ahead of time. Delicious and healthy, would recommend the paleo meals! They also had an amazing deal for their frozen meals. If I lived in this city I would come here weekly.
