This is honestly the best meal prep service in Kelowna. They deliver or you can pick up. The freshness of the ingredients along with the great taste makes healthy eating effortless. Labels include macros which makes food tracking accurate and easy. I love the subscription option, saving money on groceries and not having to worry about meal planning and cooking! The owner himself is very welcoming and kind. It’s a win win

Meal Prep for you is our go to for Healthy snacks that taste like they shouldn’t be healthy for you. It’s also my first up when I’m running short on time and don’t want to cook dinner to pick up something healthy for dinner for the family. Always great service always great food.Would highly recommend Morgan and his team!
