An unbelievable waste of time. Kelly is not only hard to understand due to her broken English, but she is the most disrespectful and unprofessional clerk I've ever spoken with. When asked for the address, she refused to provide it for us and accused me of not being a client (which, indeed we were) Then she had the audacity to call me the next day asking me to come in and sign paperwork.
