After hearing wonderful reviews, I decided to make an appt with Dr Crook. My experience was not what I had hoped it to be. She refused to do a full thyroid panel, and after discussing some other issues I was having, I felt like I was just a waste of her time. I’m a nurse and have worked alongside many providers in my 17 years and I was pretty shocked at how blasé her attitude was towards me. I won’t be returning to Centra Medical Group again. I’ll make the drive to Charlottesville to get adequate care.
She is very caring and very knowledgeable. She listens to her patients and cares thank you for being so kind
