My husband and I did hypnobirthing with Meaghan, the classes were so informative and engaging we really enjoyed it. Meaghan has so much knowledge to share, and you finish feeling so prepared and informed for an empowered birth your way, we had a beautiful labour and birth experience and have to attribute this to the wonderful knowledge and techniques passed on to us in these classes!
My partner and I completed the 5 week Hypnobirthing program with Meaghan Amor @ The Light House. It was such an incredible and empowering experience. It gave us the knowledge and techniques to prepare for the birth of our son! For birthing in the system we were able to make it completely ours. I recently completed a 5 week Hypno-birthing course with Meaghan at The Lighthouse and I cannot stress how valuable this course has been. I attended Meaghan’s hypno-birthing 5 week session with my partner. It was such a beautiful experience. My partner and I learnt more in 5 weeks then we had throughout our 9 months of being pregnant through the public system. We loved meeting other like-minded couples having their first baby.
