Amazing 🤩
It's not okay to just decide to take a vacation and cancel an appointment when it was made a month in advance. It is difficult to get an appointment. If we are expected to plan in advance, so too should Dr. Moore.
Excellent staff and experience with Dr Moore. I took my mom to see Dr Moore, after getting a referral from her primary doctor. My mom has moderate dementia, and Dr Moore and her staff were so kind and patient. The diagnosis was made quickly, and all was explained really well. Thank you
Dr. Moore has always been a great doctor but she should re-evaluate the PA Kendra that she has under her. I saw Kendra for ongoing issues I was having and she ordered an ultrasound. I got it done, obtained my own report, called the office 3x, went to the ER, scheduled with a new gynecologist and still had not heard back from her for 13 days. When she finally called back she said I needed to schedule surgery and then all of a sudden the office was responsive. If there was an urgency for surgery, they should have called sooner... read more
