She doesn't work on Friday. She canceled my last Appointment. She left the facility december fourth, which was the day of my appointment, leaving me high and dry with no replacement, even though I received an appt. reminder the day before. The one appointment that I did have with her was a Computer video. It was a complete waste of my time! It is very inappropriate for orthostatic tremors to be assessed by video. It is a movement disorder that must be evaluated in person.
Doctor Bailey is a GREAT doctor!! Always caring about her patients!!
She was extremely thorough in her exam and evaluation of my dad when I took him to see her as a referral. She recommended an evaluation by a neuropsychologist; she showed me his Head CT images, answered all my questions and explained the pathology seen on his CT. We saw her several more times. She spent extra time dealing with our extremely difficult family issues that were ongoing re: my dad’s treatment and diagnosis. I recommend her to anyone seeking a good neurologist!
Dr Bailey is incredibly rude and disrespectful and has a complete lack of empathy for her patients. All of my other doctors associated with Novant have been fantastic, but she is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever visited in my 50 years of seeing doctors. I was 17 minutes late for my first appointment so she refused to see me on the grounds that she needed a full 45 minutes to evaluate me. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. She is the most caring Dr I have ever been to. Mama I g person with an amazing caring heart.
