Meaford IDA is amazing. They are always there for me when I have questions. Over the past few years I have had many. Treva, Pharmacist and Owner, is absolutely the best. She always takes the time to dig deep to learn what the issues are and provides me with wonderful advice. She is so caring and sincere. Mitch as well if fantastic. Current customer here. Find the people very passive aggressive for dealing with people who need medication to function. Makes me the customer feel as thought i am a burden and nuisance, really bad for ones mental health. Just my personal experience. I have been a new customer of IDA Pharmacy here in Meaford since May 2025. Today I received a follow-up call from Mitch to see how I was doing on a new medication. I can honestly say that I have never received a follow up call from any pharmacy ever and it was so very much appreciated. The entire staff at Meaford IDA Pharmacy are amazing.
i have been a customer for several years and I am always welcomed warmly. The staff from the front counter to the dispensing have always worked diligently to provide my prescriptions Beyond the above; it was the advice of the original pharmacist owner that I dealt with that saved my left eye, it had been infected with shingles which is one of the rarest concurrences of shingles.
