1 start because I can't give zero! Absolutely the worst bedside manner, patience and care I have ever received. As a nurse I am appalled at the care I was given. Do better!
It was my first time going to the ER of this little hospital,and I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the counters and other decor are a bit scruffy and outdate,but the staff is very friendly and personable. It was a mostly satisfactory experience. UPDATE: The hospital was out of network and I had to pay everything out of pocket. I won't be going here again.They also referred me to an out of network orthopedic doctor which I had to pay out of pocket for. Came in for a serious emergency waited in waiting room for 2 hrs then another 3 hrs before anyone came back into the room to check up, then waited another hr after that to go get tests done. If you have a serious problem wouldn’t recommend coming into this ER
You come in as directed by your doctor with a diagnosis of unstable angina and wanting me admitted over night, here i sit in this over populated er waiting room. Yes, they did ekg I'm guess I'm not having an actual heart attack at this time. No one seems concerned. Even if your doctor request you need to be admitted and go through er, just know you are still sitting in the waiting area with your angina while they take back urgicare worthy people. Ffs people. This stress isn't helping my heart at all
Went to the emergency dept because I've been self medicatingfor 5days with no relief. Sore throat burning ears, headache green sputum. Was there 20 min, no one even spoke to me, I filled out the little yellow slip. One couple already waited 30 min and no help. When I went back only one bed filled. Their need to make sick people suffer, INEXCUSABLE.
