I would not take a dying stray dog to this sorry excuse for a hospital. Rude staff, uninformed doctors, and the worst ER experience i have been involved with. And i had cancer so I am very familiar with ERs. I am hopeful theyre a few lawsuits away from a new staff so people who actually care if you live or die enter the rotation. God forbid you have an emergency in this city of Meadville, you better hope you can survive long enough to make it to Erie.

Went into this hospital at 4:00 PM with a possible angina. Got checked in, scanned, all pretty quick. Didn't give us the results for five hours. We ended up leaving. If you have an emergency, do not go here. Make the trip to Erie if at all possible.
Super unhappy with the wait time. 6+ hours for a severe sprain. They took xrays while we sat in the waiting room that we waited over 2hrs for the results of. Come to find out they didn't xray all of the affected area! So more xrays and another 2+ hrs later, more results. I felt like we were just brushed off after that. We will find out when we see a specialist if something could have or should have been done in the ER. We left with more questions than answers!
