Super unhappy with the wait time. 6+ hours for a severe sprain. They took xrays while we sat in the waiting room that we waited over 2hrs for the results of. Come to find out they didn't xray all of the affected area! So more xrays and another 2+ hrs later, more results. I felt like we were just brushed off after that. We will find out when we see a specialist if something could have or should have been done in the ER. We left with more questions than answers! They proved yesterday that you can’t find common sense in a book. I went to ER with an infection from a tooth that caused hives and I got scanned for chest pain, constantly stabbed by people training others. I never been to a hospital where they don’t even finish checking you in until you receive an IV port. I will literally die before I ever go back to your hospital that’s a promise. I better not get billed. Thanks for the service

Easily the worst experience during a medical emergency ever. If there was an award for worst billing process and worst waiting room wait times, MMC wins it hands down! Not to mention they misdiagnosed my husband and with cancer and caused unnecessary worry. Billing review: The separated billing elements allows MMC to gouge customer's wallets beyond common sense and should be criminal.
