Would give a Zero if I could. Ridiculous practice with appealing wait times. Called at 8:30am for a phone appointment and was offered one *ten days* later.

Tried to make appointment done the usual phoned at 8.30 not even a millisec past got straight through guess what no appointments so where are these appointments really bad time to move docs and put a complaint in .

Meads Medical Centre Review.......... URGENT CARE CLINIC .....is a Joke !! Could not get through on the phone on the Monday morning, so as I know from my medical history, I needed antibiotics urgently, or it's A & E, for me !! (not that we have one in Uckfield) and according to the Mead's Practice Website, you will be contacted or seen by the medical team the same day, at any time of the day !...With the Urgent Care Clinic !! I rang up at 8.30 this morning. For an emergency appointment. The receptionist told to me go to the pharmacy. They were no help. They don't do lumps. Under professional medical which needs looking at . It's not the same anymore. You use to be able to get emergency appointments. It's hard to get them. The receptionist said its because there busy but that's not my problem. I hardly go down the docs. So upset they way I was treated
